Professional Approach

Andrew is a decorated hurdler, having participated in the Francophone Games in 1997 and 2001, the World Universiade Games in Beijing in 2001, and the NACAC in Mexico in 2000. In 2021, he was inducted to the Hall of Fame in Sherbrooke. On top of this, he was an integral part of the Alouettes Strength and Conditioning staff for over 14 years.

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge of performance training to the team. He understands the demands of elite athletes and high performance training, and integrates this understanding seamlessly into his individual and group training.
