Professional Approach

Ismail is one of our newest kinesiologists to work at Montreal. Having recently completed a bachelors in Kinesiology, Ismael is completing his Master’s while working concurrently with us. He is one of the lead strength and conditioning coaches with the Cactus de Collège Notre Dame.

Having been an avid athlete in various sports for years, and working with varsity teams at the college and highschool level previously, Ismail thoroughly enjoys group training, and brings this knowledge and experience to his private and semi-private consultations as well.
