Les Cliniques RTP Performance specialize in the prevention and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, as well as the physical preparation of athletes of all levels. Our mission is to help active individuals and athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level.
Driven by excellence and performance, our clinics bring together healthcare and performance professionals to deliver integrated, athlete-centred care. Our interdisciplinary team includes athletic therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, kinesiologists, strength and conditioning specialists, sports medicine physicians, a mental performance consultant and a sports nutritionist.
We are currently looking for a Massage Therapist with an interest in sports and performance to join our Laval team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performance environment, alongside an interdisciplinary team, and contribute directly to the recovery and performance of athletes.
Your Role
As a massage therapist at RTP Performance, you will help optimise tissue health, recovery, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide massage therapy treatments
- Support athletes during training cycles and competition periods
- Assist in performance and recovery
- Communicate relevant findings with the interdisciplinary team
Profile We Are Looking For
- Certified Massage Therapist and to be part of a recognised association
- Interest or experience in sports or active clientele
- Professional, autonomous, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
