Professional Approach

Christian is a great addition to the team. A teacher at heart, Christian has been a part of many congresses, workshops and conferences revolving around periodization in sports (since 2018), weightlifting methods for strength and conditioning (since 2018) and Ergonomics and pain management (since 2019). In the past 6 years, Christian has worked with many sports in high competitive levels as a strength and conditioning coach. He passionately grows in the High Performance world. Christian has also worked at the Jewish rehabilitation hospital in Laval where he sparked interest  in neurorehabilitation. Today he’s a PhD student in Concussion rehabilitation and management at the Institut National du Sport du Québec.

An athlete in Futsal, Soccer and Hockey, Christian brings his educational approach to his sessions, to help build solid foundations for his clients and athletes in understanding their body, its needs, and how they can get the most from it.
